It’s a new week and a new plan. My focus days were good in the first week, and in the second they seemed to blend into other days without me planning for it. So this week I’m going to see what happens without a focus for the day.
I am concerned that I will make excuses to not do things. I am also excited to do more of some things.
I just had a crazy thought. What if my focus this week was to do what makes me happy and note down what doesn’t? I like that. Ok. Change of plans I have a focus. For the whole week.
