Planning for stress

Someone shared and interesting article with me yesterday: The water myth https://www.mcgill.ca/oss/article/health-nutrition/water-myth. How fascinating- maybe my body knew this all along?

Today is my stressful day with time pressures, but life doesn’t always follow the plans you have and so it also threw me a curve ball yesterday. Resulting in some tears and much feeling sorry for myself and bitching with a large gin and tonic in my hand. Let’s just say I’m very glad it’s a Friday.

My amazing wife gave me a haircut this morning so I feel light and free. I’m hoping this feeling will spill over into my whole day 🙂
