Well that didn’t work at all. I think I drank less water yesterday than I do on a normal day. How very interesting and how damn annoying.
I did do yoga today. And still no water. It’s like my body is staging a water revolution. Ok. I’ll listen body and on Sunday we will plan again. Smaller steps are clearly needed here. Shot glass of water anyone?
I am also doing a bit of learning and reading everyday which is great.
Tomorrow is a stressful day for me. I need to really juggle and move between commitments at the speed of light and none of these things can be dropped. I have asked for help and my trusty computer-worker is stepping up in case I’m running a few minutes late. Very proud that I asked for help. And very great full that she agreed immediately ❤️
