Distraction can be good

Last night I put some smelly stuff on my pillow and settled in to read. Not 10 minutes later and I was nodding off to dream land, yay!

Today the focus was walk and in my reflection I noted that if I couldn’t walk I should do yoga. I made a mistake of looking at my phone and getting distracted for an hour watching a great talk… so thus was a good mistake with much learning 😊

And then I did my 10 minute yoga routine and felt great for it.

So off to a great start today. I like that my individual focus days are blending into my other days. Oh yes! I also drank a glass of water before my coffee. Top of mind really helps little habits form.
