Yesterday’s water focus was interesting. I found that I drank plenty in the morning, but when the day got into full swing I totally forgot. I did manage to drink 3L of water, excluding all other drinks I had. And it wasn’t too difficult, just remembering is a problem. So I’ll think about that one.
Today’s focus is walk, again. The morning walk was vetoed as last night was a late one (I was at a meetup and then out for dinner). So the plan is an afternoon walk. I am also walking the long way around the office from the bus to get in a few more steps. This little tweak has me smiling every morning as I feel rebellious not taking the shortest route! How fascinating 😊
